From Brand Love to Can Love.


Diving into the digital world of Red Bull made us realize that it is a media company that happens to sell energy drinks. The Red Bull ecosystem created extreme content that was extremely relatable due to its aspirational pull, leading to universal acceptance. They kept the consumers at the heart of content creation – creating “Glocal” content resonating with the regional efficacies.


The Red Bull World Of Social


The strategy on social was clearly defined & the primary objective was to drive traffic to the .COM business. The efforts on social was to make the brand more tangible by creating conversations between the channels & the consumer. Tactically, the motive was to drive higher loyalty & encourage repeat visitors to the channels. The split of the content was also well defined where 60% of the content was to feature the editorial content of the .COM business, 25% was the timeless content created by Red Bull (repurposing the existing content), and 15% of the content were to focus on the regional occasions/events. Having worked with Red Bull, we were exposed to the grassroot level of every category they represented, making each experience a revelation of endless topics to cover. Very few brand have a personality stronger than their product, Red Bull is one of those brands where the possibilities are endless.




The Digested Read – The .COM Wonders


Redbull.com tells exhilarating stories about people & what motivates them in their search for greatness. Visually stunning, easy to digest & relevant, the content we produced spoke to a broad audience, offering behind-the-scenes access & content one just can’t get elsewhere. Red Bull stands to tell fun & edgy stories & looked far beyond their own events & athletes, showcasing the spectacular, the original & the inspirational wherever they found it. The Red Bull world allowed us to interact & get personal with talents across the spectrum helping us create truly amazing & awe-inspiring stories each time we set foot into the unknown.




Enchanting Red Bull Events


Red Bull is known for a host of global events across categories. Right from global events such as The Red Bull Soapbox Race, Red Bull Flugtag, Wings For Life, Neymar Jr’s Five, Red Bull Music Academy, Red Bull BC One, to regional events such as Red Bull JodKeTod, Red Bull Kite Fight, The Red Bull Tour Bus, The Red Bull Campus Cricket, the objective was to present each event in a larger than life format, always pushing the limits. On the hindsight, the efforts put were to result in turning the “Brand Love” into “Can Love”. Having been a part of a host of events, we got an opportunity to work on multiple activations that included creating video assets, gamifying experiences through event specific microsites, & working towards creating a noise on Social to keep the fans coming back for more. The groundwork & foundation were laid at the start of the year so each event is planned & covered in the most creatively comprehensive manner.
